I’m Leni Sancho, a writer, photographer, and filmmaker passionate about uncovering overlooked stories. I work across mediums to explore memory, lineage, and moments that surprise and delight.

Russell Foster is a Black man. In 1969 he was buried by his Navy squadron and left to die in the middle of the desert. He is also a loving Granddad. Hoping to give the story I’ve heard my whole life some light for the rest of the world.
